Proper Use and Care
Dust Muncher, Inc. will not accept returns, give refunds or be held responsible for any damages due to improper or unintended use or negligence by Customer.
Follow these usage instructions:
Always place the Dust Muncher on a flat, broom clean surface.
When needed, place the front of one foot at the tail edge of the Dust Muncher to hold in place. Never stand on or place heavy weight on the Dust Muncher.
Carefully sweep/drag desired debris/items onto the leading edge of the Dust Muncher.
Carefully pull finger tabs together and pinch with one hand as you place your opposite hand below the Dust Muncher and lift, keeping the unit level.
Pour debris into desired place or trash receptacle.
Hold the Dust Muncher away from you and others as you carefully release one finger tab to allow the Dust Muncher to re-open, keeping the Dust Muncher down and away from your own and others’ eyes and face at all times.
Note: Do not walk or stand on the Dust Muncher. Standing on the Dust Muncher 1.) May cause damage to its surface 2.) Is a slip hazard. Dust Muncher, Inc. will not be responsible for damages caused by actions of misuse.
Always store the Dust Muncher in a ‘relaxed’ (flat) state (not bent or stressed) in conditions that do not exceed 130 degrees F. You can store the Dust Muncher on its side between two items (i.e. a wall and a cabinet, as shown in the instructions on the Home Page of this website). Do not throw or drop the Dust Muncher, as it may cause damage to the Dust Muncher, other items and/or cause bodily injury. You can easily clean the Dust Muncher with soap and water.

Shipping and Delivery
Dust Muncher, Inc. usually ships within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, assuming payment has been received. All items are shipped ‘ground’ to street addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). Your tracking number will be E-mailed to you when your item(s) have shipped. If there is a substantial delay or problem in shipping your order, you will be notified via E-mail. The advertised price includes shipping for ONE unit. So that we can adjust the shipping fairly and accurately, all orders for more than one unit will be handled through: CustomerService@ DustMuncher.com
Returns, Cancellations and Warranty
Each unit is inspected and hand-packaged before delivery. In the event that your order was damaged during shipping, you should contact the shipper within 48 hrs.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your Dust Muncher within 30 days, for any reason, except customer negligence or improper use and care, we will refund your money, less shipping costs, upon receiving the returned item(s). You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). You must first E-mail CustomerService@DustMuncher.com and obtain a cancellation/return number before returning any goods. You must include your Name, Address, E-mail address, phone number and reason for the return (for our information only). NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A CANCELLATION/RETURN NUMBER. If you cancel your order and your order has not yet been shipped, Dust Muncher, Inc. will refund your entire order with no extra charge.
